BEc, LLB, MBA
I first became interested in helping others with their legal problems after being drawn into unpleasant and destructive family court proceedings myself as a self-represented litigant.
I have helped clients successfully advocate for and represent themselves in family court, bankruptcy, public liability and employment matters, both at the mediation/negotiation stage through to litigation, as well as in dealings with Tribunals and other Government Agencies.
I hold a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney, and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
I have more than 20 years of commercial and legal experience in a wide range of industries including investment management, financial planning, insurance, hospitality, fitness, construction and the not-for-profit sector.
I am also Director of McKenzie Friend Professionals Limited in New Zealand.
